ONLINE: Introductory Weekend: Loving Kindness

This weekend retreat is now running online!  The retreat is suitable for newcomers and is an introduction to loving kindness (metta) as a way of being, as a meditation practice, and as part of a spiritual path.  Practising metta can, over time, bring ease, relaxation and delight into our lives, and transform our relationships. 

The retreat will be run on Zoom, and the programme is as follows:

Friday 27th November
7.30-9pm - introduction to the weekend and meditation

Saturday 28th November
10.30-12pm Morning session – introduction to loving kindness and meditation practice
4-5.30pm Afternoon session – meditation and Tai Chi
8-9pm Evening session – relaxing meditation

Sunday 29th November
10.30-12pm Morning session – workshop including meditation
4-5.30pm Afternoon session – meditation and Tai Chi

This retreat is suitable for newcomers with no previous experience of meditation or Tai Chi and all the practices will be fully explained and led through.
