Sraddhadipa here. I'm very happy to be on the team for this retreat.
I live in Blaenau Ffestiniog in the heart of Snowdonia and enjoying
having the time to be out in the hills and connect with the land
and the people. I'm also nearer Taraloka and feeling so happy to
reconnect with this special place and to give back what I can for all I've
received.
The theme of the retreat speaks to my heart and being a 'Sraddha' I
hope to be able to share how inseparable sraddha is from metta and
insight and how it can be nurtured.
