ONLINE: Tai Chi Shibashi Mornings
On Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th September, Hridayagita will be running two sessions of Tai Chi Shibashi and Meditation on Zoom.
Tai Chi Shibashi is a set of 18 simple, flowing, movements to be done anytime, in any place, by anyone. It's a beautiful moving meditation tool; ideal for this time and bringing a sense of ease and play to our lives.
We will come together for two sessions, to learn and play these movements over the weekend – 10:30-12:30 on each of the mornings.
