Provisional programme as follows - all sessions will be on Zoom (more details will be sent out closer to the start of the event)
- 7.30-8.45: body awakening and meditation
- 10.30-12.30: more active yoga
- 3.30-5.15: yin yoga/yoga nidra/meditation
- 7-8ish: devotional practice

Taraloka currently has no income due to lockdown. We're asking for donations to sustain Taraloka at this time. The suggestions for this event are £150 (waged)/ £50 (unwaged).
This is using our standard booking form for residential retreats so you can ignore the sections on room requirements and diet! Please also ignore the confirmation, we will send out a separate confirmation with details of the online event.
