Sub 35  Weekend for Women+ : An Island Within

 A weekend for young women and non-binary people in their 20s and early 30s.

The relationship that one has with their inner world is vital, for how we manifest in the world is an expression of it. On this retreat we will explore the island within, and the confidence that arises from seeing our whole experience, not just the ones we have trained ourselves to see. 

This is a weekend retreat for women and non-binary people under 35, led by a team of younger Order members. We will explore the theme through a programme of meditation, ritual, talks, and groups. These weekends have been running for several years and have been a context for people to take their practice further and form lasting connections with others of their age around the Triratna community. Come along and bring your friends.

Paying for your retreat

Taraloka runs on generosity.

To book a retreat you pay a booking fee.  This is the only charge made for coming on retreat. As far as possible, we don't want anyone's financial situation to stop them from coming to Taraloka.  

At the end of your retreat, you have the opportunity to give money towards Taraloka.  If you are able to donate, you are giving to another person who otherwise could not afford to come on retreat.  And you are helping to give the gift of Taraloka to the women of the future.

There will be an opportunity to make your donation at the end of the retreat.  Donations can be made by credit/debit card, cheque or cash.

Those who cannot afford our suggested donations are free to contribute what they can.
