Mokshaka

I first came across the dharma in the 1980s and eventually came to classes at the London Buddhist Centre in Bethnal Green in 1995. I felt immediately at home spiritually with both the teachings and the sangha. I lived in Sukhavati Community for 8 years and worked in the gallery cafe with a team of other dharma practitioners for 5 years. I was ordained in Spain in 2002.

More recently I moved to the Wirral and became involved with the Liverpool Buddhist Centre and did outreach teaching on the Wirral. I recently became involved leading the Chester group and moved to Chester this spring with my partner David and our cat Lola.

I work as a diabetes specialist nurse in the NHS and also work closely with Vajradevi supporting retreats and co leading her regular Monday morning online group exploring mindfulness practice.
